Our History & Legacy

Our story began with Master Bin Karam Construction L.L.C. (MBK), a contracting company established in Sharjah in 2010. Over the years, MBK earned a reputation for precision and efficient delivery of residential and commercial projects.

Today, together with Mohammed, Ahmed, and Mahmoud Bin Karam, Youkteshwer is helping shape the company's next chapter: building on MBK's trusted contracting foundation while transforming the business into an integrated property developer in Sharjah, UAE.
